Parked near a quicksand at Lowe’s yesterday picking up the kobalt air compressors I saw people grabbing for $50 that fits behind the rear seat cuby.

The mount is bolted. Magnets would simply not be able to withstand the weight. However I wouldn’t be surprised, I’ve seen about everything in this thread.

I got a pro grill on the way for the last chrome on the outside of the truck. I can’t decide if I like the debadged.

Been prepping for a 2200 mile plus road trip to yellowstone with the taco and the gf. I've got a bed in the bed now, wired up the canopy, wired in a fuse box in case I wanna add outlets and such later. Installed a tail gate lock motor plus wired int he canopy one. Did the first oil change myself today at 2600. My dealer said they wont do oil changes before 10k under Toyota care, but if I buy their oil and filter they would do it as part of the 5k services for free. I told them (as I was talking to them in my chrysler tech uniform) Ill just do it at work for $6.

Now Im debating ordering a set of mini low profile fuses in case we burn one trying to charge a million things from the bed invertor or from the 12v outlets during our trip....

Yes, they are the 4Runner TRD Pro wheels. Super popular, but for a reason. They look good on our trucks.

 

Cab mount chop, hammered back pinch welds, took out fender lining, trimmed back fender next to cab .

Time to go offroad and see what else I need to trim!
