mmm, buy a bigger truck or an SUV then, or maybe borrow. I wouldn't pull that larger trailer with your truck unless you just commit to 8mpg and buy a huge trans cooler cause your 4cyl will never let that trans lockup. Ramps up to the truck bed sounds easier, also you're pulling horns not engines, you should need a toolbag at most.

I carry a lot of equipment with me, cooler for drinks, tool bag, big socket set - the other wagon is exclusively for horns.

It does seem like too big of a trailer though. I think I'll rent for now.

You're concerned about the damn Costco?

No more goddamn house for me. My neighborhood is built on Marshland.

Let's look at your real load out.... 2 wagons, a socket set and a soft sided cooler. A large garden wagon is your answer. 50lbs empty, off road wheels, and cheap...

Smallest u-haul is your friend and really all an auto 4 should ever pull for more than 50mi. The manual 4 has a lot less to worry about and you can go bigger then, but I think you're over thinking this. The three yard I used to hit in Spokane, you just go on a nice drizzly day with a big water bottle a toolbag (i keep the perfect one in my truck) and maybe one folding cart and you could pick the yard clean of all the horns you're looking for in an hour

My average per junkyard is 2-3 hours. The bigger ones are longer. My friend and I go through about 200-300 cars at our local yard starting at around 10, and we usually end around 2.

I just want a nice enclosed trailer. Just to have one.

Makes good advertising for the side too.

How is it exposed with the windows of the shell blacked out? Can't see jack in my shell and haven't had an issue... insurance is a given. Not worried.

I KNOW. Why do you think I posted it in the first place?

I drove with a camper shell for a week. Hated it, absolutely shit visibility.

I can't imagine how it would be with a window tint.

Shit, new prices aren't that bad. $2k for a 5x8 trailer.

I might save up for one.

Use your side mirrors - what they are there for... you get used to it.
