    Actually I like my wild turkey breast cubed and sauteed with some jalapeno jelly. Put it on a stir-fry and it's awesome.

    It's not bad grilled in strips, either, but you've got to be careful not to dry it out because it's so lean. Brining it first helps a lot.

    Yeah I was a learnin' as I was going. Plus I had a bunch of distractions pull me away while I was working. The other side should go like a breeze though!

    One thing that I noticed is when I jack the rear up by the diff, the passenger side tire was off the ground before the driver side tire got off the ground, is this normal?
