    They put in the space foil, and it does make a great air gap insulator. I would bet with the metal roof, and no deck, spray was the best thing to do. If you want to go bonkers, NOW you could put the foil in! My son and I had also put in R30 roll a couple years back, and made a huge difference. Spray not a good option for us, because of all the crap we have up there.

    home. No stitches. Just glue and tape... Went in straight and deep enough that glue was a better option. some muscle fibers cut. lost a little fat :benchpress:

    Only thing that really sucks...

    Their glue and tape is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY more expensive than mine... :spending::bananadead:




    I fell like I'm so close to something big... Gas leak one night, now this... Trouble comes in threes right?! gonna lay low tomorrow night :fingerscrossed:
