Don’t do it. Ethanol is garbage. I get sad every time I have to use it. It’s very noticeable. Especially if I got 87e10 vs 91e0

 

Sounds like it’s time to dig out the sawzall and start chopping! Between that, some duct tape and wire, I’m sure we can fix it

I think we need to have an earnest discussion about exhaust systems next....
maybe even before we discuss turbos (?) Anyone care to start a thread ?

I'm clueless. One thing for sure though is I can't have an obnoxiously loud setup.

sounds good but not knowing which Dyno machines were used for each one it's a non-starter for me, not all dynos give equal results

Feel free to check out the system on the other thread @Capt_Awesome mentioned. This will be the perfect system for the TT because Dirty Deeds is already ahead of the game. It will be an experiment to see what size pipe works best behind the turbos, but when the turbos hit the market, there will be very very thorough testing to determine whether or not to run dual 2″, 2.25″, or 2.5”. @dirtydeeds will be the first on the market with the best CUSTOM exhaust system to offer each of us. Due to the week they have already spent on my truck whipping up the perfect foundation for this dual system, when a person shows up or calls with turbos, they will have several tested systems built ahead of time and R&D is just a matter of bolting it on. You will be able to make your own custom touches to your own system just how you want it made.

I personally knew that OVT was going to be coming out with some Tundra items because Keith is working with Mat on this. Again, this system might not be for everyone, but it will be a great system to check out and when you have both companies working together, it only makes it stronger. Imagine Orange Virus Tuned Twin Turbos with a Dual Exhaust System that all works together!

 

Back to the Tune...so for those that have the Tuning kit already, we need to pay an additional $260 on top of the $770 if we would like the handheld as an option correct? Could have waited a month and just got the Handheld Tuner with the Logger Add-On for $969 and saved some money. Do I have this right?

I think we got more software then they did. I don’t think they can load from the laptop and we can.

 

That’s not really an advantage.

 

I've already looked into my crystal ball and see NO turbo setup in my future. I just don't have the dough.

But.... if I can squeak out another 40 with this tune and an exhaust, I might be a happy guy
