My mom's anniversary of her death is coming up and she was from Ireland. And my pops being sick, needed a lil tribute tat to my heritage. If you look there's a 4 leaf clover in there..

That’s cool (sorry if that’s the wrong thing to say)

I don’t have anything against them, if I thought of something I wanted I’d probably get it, just don’t know.

I don't know too much about rotaries but it's not supposed to be that way, as far as mixing oil in the fuel. I believe stock it injects oil into the rotary combustion chamber or whatever it's called.

they do.. they are technically more akin to 2 strokes than 4 stroke engines. they need the oil injected to help seal and protect the apex seals. This is also why your not suppose to run synthetic.

Yes, I was saying running oil premixed into the fuel is not stock. No way that would fly for emissions.

eh it would be no different.. i believe its just injected for the sake of ease of use.. youd have to mix it right and it would be another step of the process of filling your vehicle (i guess a wrong mix could in theory cause more emissions)

eh the lack of zinc is not nice to old engines with flat tappets and i assume diesels are no different

Yeah I know it's not any different & stock the oil injection system works just fine in most cases. But they can't/won't tell everyday common car owners to run premix in the fuel for emissions reasons. All my buddies run premix, built motors, no cats, but on my buddy's race car I've never noticed him adding oil to methonal though.

i mean.. at work we have a used oil heater. it seems to run off synthetic just fine... (granted it has a hard time starting 6 times out of 10)

id assume the heat from the pressure would have no issues with igniting it raw.

Most military trucks are multi fuel. And run on all different kinds of diesel and jet fuel, even military gas
