It's less Tacoma and more mod
It's probably just that much cause California. Shop monkeys cost more there cause higher cost of living.

Ah yes, that would make more sense. Adjusted for costing of living in California.

    Speaking of cost of living.

I just found out my buddy is making $23.75 an hour as a cart pusher at Costco.

That's actually not uncommon, Costco pays extremely well even for menial tasks and they promote from within

I’d love to get a job there, but it’s next to impossible because it’s so desirable. My friend is lucky and his mother is friends with the manager.

Where do you buy your liquor out there in the boonies?

I’m going to assume you have to distill Moonshine.

i do have some but theres a liquor store about 10 miles from me. i order a case of my favorite rum from, and my gf picks it up for me on her way home. 6 bottles can last me 6 months i dont drink very often or alot, my dads an alcoholic and i refuse to become like him. to be so dependent on the stuff where if you dont have a drink after 8 hours you start going through withdraws. yea i dont want that nor want to put others through that. i rather spend money on truck parts or other toys lol.

Finally gonna break down and just buy a Snap-On TechAngle torque wrench. Can't keep dicking around with internal engine stuff with a clicker wrench. Plus the tech angle does torque and degrees of twist for those fancy headbolt that require a torque and a degree.

Costco might pay well, but dealing with customer's in retail will drive you mental. You're typical asshole retail customer watched way too many TV shows with people slamming doors and yelling at each other. They seem to think this shit works in real life except these days you're likely to be put on social media blast.

I bought mine 3 years ago. They’ve worked good for me, just don’t store them with the batteries in them
