    Yeah, I like it too. That’s a full sheet of 1/4” split to cover the top of the bench and the back splash.

    It’s a great place to weld. When I was welding the swivel mounts to my new trailer leveling jacks last weekend, I forgot to move the grounding clamp from the first jack to the second. It grounded anyway since both were laying on the bench lol.

    I’ve done that too. That’s actually why I left a lip on the bench.

    The jacks were painted though. I didn’t have to worry about keeping the bare drop leg on the table with the clamp on the leg.
