See guys. its not just toyota with frame issues.. at least ours last 6 years at a minimum

 

Oh that looks good. I’m happy with my decision to black out the interior in the 5-lug. I should go pick up a black 4Runner wheel.

@Sperrunner found the color I’m painting the 5-lug. Fell in love with it the moment I saw it. Plus I’m not totally disgracing the truck by changing its color entirely, since this is just a more vivid version of the factory paint.

 

God no. I use normal butter.

 

im keeping the grey.. but im adding more black accents.. i have the black window control bezels too... still dont know if i like em yet.

 

The quality of steel in today's age is horrible compared to 80 years ago. Also robots suck at welding apparently or somebody isn't doing there job for Q&A

I painted my window trim black too. Looks really good. That’s how it comes Stock on 4Runners.

 

dude that weld in the video looks like it didnt come close to penetrating.

 

Well that spray “butter” does. Normal pasteurized butter from Costco is what I use for cooking.

 

i grabed alot of the black trim off a runner in the junkyard. sadly the wheel was already gone and the 4x4 and shift lever were vandalized

 

Oh I have a black shifter console from a 4Runner too. Looks really nice and hides dirt compared to the stock Gray one.
