These a video surfacing that shows Banksy making the frame/shredder a while ago, not yet knowing when/where he’d use it.

It’s also suspected he triggered it himself. Lots of cell phone videos showing someone who looks like the person who is suspected to be Banksy at the auction.

    Sotheby’s is so well insured...

If the buyer defaults on payment for Sotheby’s not keeping it in the condition paid for, they can afford to not be paid.
if the buyer pays and makes a claim against the House for not keeping it safe, they can afford to pay them.

If Banksy makes a claim of non payment from the auction, they can afford that too.

I personally think it increased the value incredibly. NO ONE will have a Banksy piece like that.

    I love smart, observant people!

Lots of pine. It’s not stocked but the fish population has been declining. Lots of frogs. LOTS!

I’m sure there are better/easier ways but this is my moms farm and you either do it her way or no way...

    Speaking of dealing with family...

Any y’all dealing with hoarders/borderline hoarders?

I am. And I’m Not sure how to either look past it and deal with it in my own brain. Or try to get them moving forward to cleaning up... either was is a steep uphill battle.

I DO know that when this person passes, I’m rolling up a 40 yard dumpster (or 2!) and throwing it all out...

People want to be dumb and buy my graffiti art for a million dollars, I’d be a dick too. I think he’s putting over zealous buyers in their place.

Thankfully it’s not ‘trash.’ (Yes, it’s junk from thrift store shopping, but the real trash does get taken out!)

This house is HUGE! 6BR, and close to 6000sqf. PLUS all the storage rooms. And garage. And barn....

Saw box labeled ‘rotary phones.’ Yup, two dial phones in there...

I recall a Christmas, said to me ‘I bought you a gift a while ago when I saw it because I thought you’d like it. But I don’t know where I’ve put it.’ I heard this story for more than one holiday.

Well... I found one of them...

Boxes labeled ‘broken -something’ If it’s broke, throw it out!

I lost count on how many coffee makers I’ve seen.

Box of bathroom stuff from my grandmothers home. She passed in 1994.

There’s a lot going on in the mental health arena too. Nothing that warrants a call to the state yet...

I just relieved the ft door cause it swells a little during the winter.
I just ran a saber saw in the opening with the door closed to add clearance.
Adjusted the rear hatch for easier removal during a storm.
    Nothing major.
Ran it for 20min and the gen or the box didn’t walk so I’m happy about that..

Afternoon Chuck.... Quit complaining about the temp!!! I'd LOVE those temps!!!! Still high 80's, low 90's here  Supposed to be 70's and 50's.
