I traded my 14 Shelby on a Taco, have not regretted that decision.

Just go see one and TEST drive it, make sure you like it and it is a good fit for you.

That’s one opinion. Of course you know what they say about those. I also ride one of these and it’s better than any Honda I’ve ever owned. In fact, it’s the best bike I’ve ever owned. That would be out of 11 bikes since 2001.

Cool story brah. Like that's just your opinion man. I've owned a few bikes and tacos too. I ride a 2019 YZ250F currently, not a honda. Not that any of that is relevant to this thread or TW...

I used to ride Yamamaha’s! Had two of them. They didn’t turn worth a damn. The 18’s and 19’s are decent. Love the blue rims on them.

    How you like your 19?

19 is all new for 250F, turns like my 16 Honda did and much better as far as front end vagueness and feel compared to my 14,15 and 16 of the same bike. Of course its no RMZ as far as comfort. I'm just a weekend warrior, tiny guy so no 450 for me like you got there  My favorite bike hands down will always be my 125, so much fun. But the wifi / bluetooth mapping is sweet and some other nifty features, just more to break / fix that I have no idea how to do myself.

Nope. Owned a 2017 Cummins powered Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4. The Tacoma is infinitely easier to drive and park. I suspect you’ll find the same thing.

Size sure I agree, if that's his primary goal, had a silverado I hated and went back to a tacoma for that reason along with others, but performance, comfort and feature wise...

Ha! I’m 5’8 and weigh 165 pounds. Not that big. My 03 CR250R was the last 2smoke I ever owned. Riding a 2019 Husky 2 smoke tomorrow at East Bend. Looking forward to it.

So we are similar at least in weight/height lol, probably not skill, late bloomer to the sport didnt start till when I was 23, mid pack C class guy and likely will always stay there, lol. I'm 5'11, 150. I bought a 2016 SX150 on a whim, wasn't a fan but those 4CS forks were freaking garbage. I've heard alot of good things about the AER48s on the Huskys. Rock on man. I'm nursing a massive hematoma on my thigh still from a get off at ACP 3 weeks ago. Stay safe and enjoy.

Size of vehicle is one situation, dropping the remaining truck payments and getting into a paid off TRD PRO aint bad either. I admit truck for truck the Raptor is clear winner IMO. But downsizing to a TRDPRO, recovering a ton of already spent money on the raptor, and being out of car payment debt is a good place for me right now. Not to mention GEN 2 raptors do not and will not hold their value like the gen 1s did.

I think only because you are looking at trading/selling one year in, no vehicle holds great resale value the first year after purchase, hardly an equity is built into the vehicle. I'm willing to bet they will remain similar in value. Dealer here had a used 17 with 10k miles that sold for $64k. Time will tell. My Dad has had a 1st gen and now his 18 2nd gen. He got $44k trade in for his 1st gen, I'd say thats pretty damn good after 4 years / 45000 miles.

I can feel you on the not having a truck payment and size. I always wanted a fullsize after 4 tacomas, bought a new silverado, hated it nad the size, went back to a taco. Any reason you want the PRO? You'd save even more money going TRDOR which you could then customize / mod to your liking or keep stock, instead of paying $46k for a PRO at MSRP or close to you could easily pick up an 18 TRD OR with tech and premium packages for $37-38k saving $8k+ just my 2 cents. If your stuck on Calvary you could even get a Calvary OR 19 and still save along with having a moonroof and JBL with the 18 PRO dont have.

Good luck man with your decision! Love your avalance grey, best color besides Lightning Blue in my opinion.

Sell your Raptor privately. Trade wise you aren’t going to get enough to get the TRD Pro paid for. You will be offered 42,500-46,000 for your Raptor.

How much do you owe on it? If you are only one year in on payments you aren’t getting a TRD Pro without a payment. They aren’t going to give you enough unless your truck is completely paid off already. You can’t go by KBB. That’s what the vehicle is worth to sell, not trade in value. They won’t give you what the Raptor sells for. They are going to offer you considerably less. Sell private if you’re serious.

You couldnt be more wrong bud. My dad got $44k for his 2014 Raptor with 46k miles trade in. He'll probably get close to $58-60k trade in for his 17 depending on mileage. Used 17's like his sell for $64k+ Yes private party he'll get more, but he can easily trade and have the PRO paid for, maybe even save on taxes trading to negate selling private party.

You do realize new raptor's sticker for $70k+, his is one year old. Hell I got offered $33.8k trade on my 17 TRD OR on a new 19 PRO at MSRP, 2 weeks ago. I paid $36.5k for it June of 17. It's a RAPTOR not a regular F150 they make millions of, there's a demand, they are sought after, dealer would be happy to have it on their lot or even sent to auction, it won't take long to sell.

KBB has the 18’s at 64K. No one is going to give you KBB sell value at Trade value. KBB is what they are selling for, not what you can trade for. I’m in NC. Maybe it’s different where you live.

I just showed you KBB for a 17. A TRD PRO is $46k new. KBB LOW TRADE IN FOR A 17 is $56k, that's +$10k. 56-46=10...Sorry bud but I just don't understand why you think he can't trade his Raptor in and profit as well. The 3 you have shown there the closest to his is the one listed for $69k. The $58k one is a supercab without 802A. Please reread my post, I didn't say he'd get $64k trade in, but that they sell for that used, which you can see in your post. I stated he could easily get $56k+ which is more than what a PRO goes for and well above your stated silly comment about not getting enough to buy a $46k PRO. Come on dude, come sense. I'm sorry but I'm from a family that has owned a few Raptors and Tacomas, we know are trucks, what they trade and can be bought sold for. Stick to your wheelhouse, trying not to come off as a *** but your stating very wrong nonsense and then trying to prove it with more nonsense. Unless you seriously think people trading in Raptors are trading in for $10k under KBB Trade In Value and $20k from Private Party Value... End of the day he can easily get more than $46k (PRO price) for his Raptor which you stated he couldnt.

@KMN-BLU please let us know your quoted trade numbers.
