    If you’re thinking SwitchPro, I have model 1 of Tandem’s 3D printed in nylon holder. Slightly angled towards the driver. Started out in steel, but that was too heavy; might go to Aluminum. I’m the test case.

    I'd think the bung needs to be welded into the exhaust pipe at a depth that allows the tip of the O2 sensor to sit in the middle of the exhaust pipe. That's at least how I'd do it. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

    This is a factory wideband sensor in one of my finned o2 sensor bungs. The bottom part is about an 8th of an inch and gets welded to the 7/8" hole drilled into the pipe.
