Maybe we should blame it on the phone. He may have been trying to post pics for this thread.

He should be put on a list so he can't go to any gun ranges.

I'm sure many outlets have access to your gun range visits, even from a decade ago. I visited a range today that still had mine. Good or bad

What sort of range you looking to shoot at? If Im remembering right, when I was looking into coyote hunting the small 17 caliber stuff was mostly only recommended for under 50 yards or so.

With headshots you can stretch it to 100-125 yards and remain humane, in his neck of the woods he’s not likely to be past 100.

A little of this and a little of that.
I have a Marlin 882 bolt action in .22 Mag with a Simmons 3x9-40 that works nicely for elimination of Coyotes. My F-I-L has a Savage bolt action in .17HMR that has worked great for chipmunks, squirrels, and woodchucks. Not sure what scope he has on it, but knowing him , it’s probably a Leupold 6x24-50.

    Any SIG fanboys?
Got offered what was listed as a Sig P220 Stainless Elite, but doesnt appear to be an Elite to me. Only stainless Elites I have seen have a stainless frame with beavertail and a rail under the chin. Maybe a FrankienSig?
