    You’re much better than me :rofl:, I wouldn’t pack a cow elk 1/2 mile, much less 3 haha.

    I spotted it a mile and a half away. Had to go where they are...as you could imagine it wasn't flat where this thing was. Gotta do what it takes on public land

    I do. These were frozen for jerkey though. Got a lot of goose from last year I need to go through and I'll toss these in the dehydrator as well.

    Looks like Breezy is from Kentucky, so perhaps he makes burgoo with them (look up the recipes on the Google machine). I used to be stationed in Kentucky and burgoo is some gooooood stuff. Of course everyone has their own secret recipe. I digress. Or you can just fry them up. YMMV.
