    Congratulations Greg, looks good!
BTW I'm surprised that you weren't the one who came out with the Crock Pot Mod given your passion for grillin' & cooking.

I’m replacing the wiper blades on my Taco soon. What did y’all replace them with? Looking for blades that work well in rain/snow conditions. Thanks fellas and fellettes (can’t forget the pretty ladies).

Just a can of this, some painters tape and some wooden BBQ skewers to peel off the excess.

I have tried the expensive brands that last a year to 18 months but others have stated the best blade at the best price is Toyota brand refills from the dealer. Not the entire blades. Wish I did not trash my originals or I would buy those myself. I would suggest trying that first. Others have stated they get longer life than the brand name replacements.

On my 2nd gen. I've used RainX brand winter blades but honestly I see no significant difference over the stock Toyota wiper blades. For me it was just more convenient to go to Walmart than to go to the dealership. I think the originals worked just fine. There may have been a slight advantage with the winter blades due to the covering over the blade (for lack of a better term) bracket/support. But here in the Northeast wet snow sticks to just about everything. That said I'm satisfied with the performance of the stock blades. Just my 2 cents.

You must have got a different batch installed at the factory than I did. My factory blades are worthless in the rain and I don't want to know what they do in the snow. I will probably be replacing them with Bosch Icons before too long.

IMHO stick with the original equipment. Go by your dealer and get or order the replacement rubber inserts only. They're not too difficult to change and I find they last about a year. I recall paying about 7 or 8 dollars each.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
I'm of the opinion that having a really clean windshield and wipers makes more of a difference than the brand of refills. This guy is a bit extreme (he does show cars), but it's worth a watch:

Try washing them in warm soapy (dawn) water to get the road grime off of them it may save you a few bucks, it's worth a shot.
