Panel is home made in my shop...... ABS....... EZ to work, cut with sharp knife and snap it...heat carefully and you can bend it, hold the desired position until it cools and it stays......this is the 4th or so version...made a few to mess with the layout etc....

material is ABS ez to work, cut with sharp knife as in score and snap it....heat carefully and bend as you wish, hold it till it cools and it retains that shape....this is the 4th version, kept playing around with layout etc...fun project..finished off the console and dash gray /silver crap make over..

Revamped my aux panel. Went with a powertray panel this time. Rebuilt a new RTMR since my old one was trashed trying to remove pins/wires after the eBay seller installed the pins backwards.

I still have some work to do and tidying up but that’s enough electrical for one day.

Ive tried and further away seems to work better. The phone mic tends to pick up all the air it's pushing and the mic is not tuned for anything other than voices.

    Snugtop, more to come!
This wasn't today, but the past week worth of goodies.
    • BP-51 suspension with extras
    • 4.88 gearing
    • ARB front locker
    • Air compressor, switch pro, dual batteries and electrical all installed
    • Prinsu roof rack with Baja Designs 40" S8 light bar
    • Total Chaos LCA skids and UCA's
    • Safari snorkel
    • SCS F5 wheels
    • 315/75/R16 KM3's

A quick summary of Phase 1 so far. Phase 2 to begin in a few weeks! I'm working on a build thread as well now that things are moving.

Just a suggestion, but you could probably clean up those two wires with fuses by only using one larger wire with a fuse and mounting a distribution block on the tray.
