 I’m engaged now. Fun fact.
    MAGA
Mainly talking about diets and weights while sitting on the couch watching ninja warrior with a bag of cheese puffs.
No goal for weights. Just gonna get as strong as I can. Haven’t done a PR cause I don’t have a gym partner.

I rep 225 4-6 times for 4 sets tho right now. I’ve only been hitting the gym hard for a 4-5 months now.

All my numbers are up, weight is down. Took about 2 weeks to cut 3
pounds with a tweak to intake, and didn’t lose any energy. Looking to cut a couple more pounds in the next couple weeks before bulking begins this winter, and it’s no shave winter!

That’s crazy. Why not work out in the late afternoon/evening, and sleep in? Sleep is what gets you gainz.

Same sleep either way. I wake up at 4:30am for work normally. But then I work out from 5-7pm basically. I just prefer to do it in the morning to help kick start my metabolism, the gym is super empty and peaceful(no waiting on people to get done with their sets), and it means my evening is free after work.

Meh. 5-6 hours of sleep is the same. Doesn’t matter if it starts at 8pm or 10pm.
