    The proper way is a slide hammer with a CV attachment on the end! Don’t have one of those though because usually the prybar works.

    Honestly if you could brace the base of the jack against the side of the truck in there somehow that might be the way to go.

    Need the rope or cable method if a trail repair coz skid gets in the way of a prybar, or even a slide hammer (I think)

    Its some stout rope. I stole it from @Mobtown Offroad who stole it from his old business neighbor who does something with pool covers. Said they used it one time (looped back and forth a few times) to get a truck unstuck.

    It’s crazy strong stuff. Tensile strength is around 4000lbs. He pulled a F-450 utility body from a ditch with it.

    Even I couldn't break it and I break everything. I think the key factor is though, it doesn't stretch. Like a cable you can't have any flex or it won't work.
