Toy is the way to do it. I’m really wanting to get back into the go fast stuff but a LT daily with fiberglass and all that shit sucks so bad. Anyone who says it doesn’t is lying lol.

Thinking that I want to start looking for a toy soon. Maybe a side by side or maybe a cab and frame off a ranger or Silverado or something and go from there :anonymous:

The problem is the amount of money it will take to get a truck to do what I want it to do is more than I should spend lol.

Probably more tbh. Would want to run an 65+ gallon cell. So do 2.5” coilovers and 4.5” bypasses in the rear. 2.5” coilovers in the front with a 3.5” bypass hehehehe.

These are just pipe dreams lol. 10k in shocks

Need bigger tires today. Glad @TACOVRD had a hilift or I'd had really been screwed!
Minimal body damage, could have been a lot worse :)
Will post more in the trail run thread.

Damn that's some no shit there. You running 33's? I got 35s...but don't know if that will do much on that terrain.

    Knew you'd recognize it :)

Yes 33's. Could have made it if I had zagged instead of zigged.

I started to go right just before that hole but it was tippy. I should have repositioned and stuck with that line. I will next time.

Got a chance to crawl under my truck and take some more detailed pictures. I am no mechanic, but my A arm looks totally boned. It’s warped, crinkled, and bent out of shape. Charged the battery again and it died again today. Pending insurance before it gets to a shop.
Anyone see anything else in the pictures, something my untrained eye doesn’t see?

If your arm is bent the frame and or tabs may be bent.
Also your shocks have turned yellow and gone sour. They need to be blue with reservoirs.

Some Yellow is ok :homer: ?

Hope you get your truck sorted. The lady that crushed/totaled my 08' with no insurance, driving on a suspended license really pissed me off. But on this truck I said screw it , still gonna get what I want and continue the build.
    Glad you are ok.

I am leaving my 85 down here for a bit and will need to get parts from you still. Just haven't had time to dig into it.

    Thanks!

It'll be different going from working in the weeds but I'm looking forward to it.

You don't want my old job. Look at empire or Freeport recently?

I still know probably a quarter of the town, I'll find you a place.

No, and I don't think I'll have the time to before I leave. Might have to try to find someone in NV. But that just reminded me I.need to transfer my SBRs asap. Thanks.
