Grilled some seafood pinwheels tonight. Laid out flat layer of Salmon, then a layer of Flounder, and large scallops andthen fresh dill and parsley, and roll up. Let sit in the refrigerator for an hour to set up a little. Cut in wheels, grill, add somecompounded butter, and serve.

Totally true. I hated beer and whiskey as a kid. Now? Nectar!

Oh, I made Caldo De Res today. My pressure cooker obliterated some of the veggies.

Hah, I try things I hated as a kid at least once a year and the huge one I hated then (raw tomatoes, oysters, clams, onions, cooked beets, brussel sprouts, broccoli, onions) I still can't eat. Every now and then I'll see a ripe red juicy tomato and can actually enjoy the flavor on a burger but it's not very often. Love all things tomato though. Ketchup, spaghetti sauce, tomato paste in chili etc.

Some tastes have changed but some is partial to having had stuff cooked to the point of mushy. Such as broccoli and cauliflower. I like them raw now and with a bit of bite. Not mushy. BUT on the other hand I still hate stuffing and dressing, and garbanzo beans.

Haha I really like pineapple and grilled pineapple is even better. It helps fight some of that heat from the jalapeno powder for the light weights too haha

Smother those with some good gravy. It's like seasoned mashed taters, only better!
