I think we can all agree that “Pappas” isn’t real Texas BBQ, although their brisket was pretty decent.

What could y’all recommend that might be memorable, and not in a “wow, THAT was a carbine neighborhood” kind of way?

 

If you're willing to make the commute, Killen's BBQ in Pearland is outstanding.

So is the Steakhouse (it's one of the best in the nation) but you're going to be dropping a couple hundred dollars for a party of two.

 

I learned a long time ago that the only way to tell if they really like you is when they share their crayons. "Fucker" is a term of endearment. If they don't like you, they just ignore you.
