Here is the print out of the 2nd alignment, I don' think caster is as high as some have recommended. Also they had265/65 tire listed when I'm on a 255/80. Still pulls hard right, not as squirrelly but not great.

See if they can get the right side camber less positive, that can cause a pull. Though a .5 degree split doesn't seem like it would make it pull hard, especially given your caster is higher on the right (which you want to compensate for the crown in the road).

    What brand 255/80?

You need way more of a caster split. On ST Maxx’s in the same size, my left caster was 1.3° lower than my right caster. Only way I could get it to drive straight.

If ur caster is a degree or more different from side to side, it will pull hard to one side, I generally make them within a half a degree or less from left to right, forget about the crown in the road as every road is different, does it return to center equally from both ways?

They’re gonna pull like a bitch. You have to have a high caster split.

More right caster than left. By a lot.

Finally did the exhaust dump after the axle mod. It's looks so much cleaner and symmetrical now and the tip won't collect all the mud and dirt while wheeling. I had gone out wheeling this weekend and was underneath cleaning her up and said, yeah you gotta go lol.

    Snugtop, more to come!

Thanks! Good question, we are breaking in gears right now and then I'm off to China for a few weeks. We are planning to go to either NorCal in November, or Bozeman...one of the two. The first major trip (2-3 weeks, a lot of off road) will be next May. The goal is to have everything ready to head to Overland Expo and take the scenic routes along the way from Seattle. Also next summer is the WA BDR and OR BDR if I am very lucky
