    Nice Goblin!

I'm still waiting for my Arius to come back from Koenig for warranty work. :(

Yep, I hate those stupid wire clips. I won't buy a knife that has one, the Roc was the only exception.

I just took this thing apart to clean and re-lube and holy crap what a pain in the ass it is to get it back together. Access locks are no fun.

I've had these big knives for a while now. They're extremely sharp. Probably not the kind of thing you want lying around your house ;-)

Sharpening S30V is difficult. My Benchmade Bugout falls short of “scalpel” with me behind the waterstone.

I love Spartan. Mark and Curtis are great guys. I have an Enyo, Akribis and an SHF that I just sent to them to have black hardware added. Been in my pocket every day since getting it back.

Knives are another hobby of mine. Many awesome makers out there. Carothers, CRK, Spartan, Becker, ESEE, Ritter, Fiddleback, ZT, Benchmade. I like sharp, pointy things! :hungry:

My non-utility lineup. I finally added a Shivworks Clinch-Pick (and Trainer) to the mix.

I just got a 3.5. Nice. Reasonable pricing for steel. Liked the leather sheath. Like you, not sure I would edc but it’d be a nice camp knife.
    Definitely a good value.

Yeah I bought this one on a Ebay coupon code day so I got it for $85 shipped. I tried carrying it for a day and I didnt like it. Definitely gonna be a camping/hiking knife though.

Those were from the secondary market. I have some $$$ tied-up in Guy's business, and I've been following it closely. I was hoping his partnership with Millit would increase production, but that Guy just plain sucks at running his company.

They are great knives - I just can't recommend buying (direct) from them.

On the other hand, Nathan Carothers (Carothers Performance Knives) is probably my favorite maker/company. Not only are their blades exceptional - they are hard-working, honest, and great people to deal with. Nathan is also a knife-steel genius; he developed the (Delta) heat-treat protocol for 3V through Peters Heat Treat. Delta 3V has been used exclusively on Carothers, S!K and Keffeler knives, and is arguably one of the best of the "super-steels".

Oh, I’m done. I have plenty. My last purchase closed the door.

I found an unused Gough Resolute in the classifieds. ( i will google Carothers tho)

I am pretty hard on knives. I carry one daily and use it for cutting/scraping/prybar/general abuse way more than it should. I used to buy cheaper Kershaw/Gerber etc. knives and about the time the blade was too dull to even cut tape, I would move on to another since I was too lazy to sharpen. After having too many junkers floating around, I started the progression to slightly nicer knives to see what I actually like, and actually worth sharpening. Here are the just the past 3 I have carried.
Delica (learned I hate spine lock)
Cryo (like most I had before it, liner lock is fine)
Mini Grip (axis lock is awesome, current carry)

Next carry knife will be a Benchmade Mini Crooked River maybe next year when the Grip gets some wear
