I take my time and am in no rush to get anywhere.

The fun is in the camaraderie and the willingness to help others.

thats good, ive had a few instances where i was assisting a stuck rig and the driver didnt want to use his recovery gear because he didnt want to ruin them.

shock throttle wheeling is where shit breaks lol broke diffs, bent spindles, blah blah blah. rocks can shred up a drive shaft like its paper.

post pictures of vids of these black runs, im interested in seeing trail ratings from different places.

agree, my biggest gripe is those who dont help, dont spot, and just stand back with their cameras up to gram

@stairgod is pretty good with team dynamics as well. We team up well when we have a group going. We ratchet things down if there are newbs.

I agree, I'm always out of my truck to help spot, stack rocks, yell words of encouragement, etc to get someone through something.
Ha, fuck that! Why buy recovery gear and not use it?! I actually just upgraded from steel to synthetic line because I got tired of using the steel line so much. That shit is annoying to wrestle around.

i can see that, there have been a few people converting to syn to steel here for hunting season. dragging that line across rocks is no fun

Depends on the park how they rate also. Been to a park where they were ranked 1-5 1 being what most parks would consider a moderate green-blue and 5 being rock bouncer hill climb or 6-8ft sheer rock faces.

I hit and dented my driveshaft numerous times. I just take my BFH and pound on the opposite side. And voila’ ... a nicely balanced DS!

My driveshaft is the original one that came with the truck. 14 years old.

The only thing I don’t bother pulling off my truck during a recovery is my HiLift.

Everyone and their mother always has one. And the newbs are always eager to try theirs out on the trail.

I just keep an eye out so they don’t lose an eye.

Brian was saying Sun. you and I would be measuring dick sizes to see who would go up the gnarliest trails. I laughed and said you'd win LWB problems.

I am not afraid of any blacks with in reason. I enjoy more difficult and challenging trails that not only test the trucks linits but challenge my abilities.

I really want to do that flexy hill y'all do it slow and methodical. I'd like to see if it's passable the way I run our flexy hill with some speed.

HA he's not wrong. If that is the schedule we pick, it'd be a lot of fun.

I'm trying to locate one out of a junk yard around here before Nov. and use my dinged up one as a spare until I can get it re-tubed.

With your slightly taller tires a shorter wb you have a distinct advantage over my rig.

So AOAA is a little more tame of a park?

I don't mind having a few riders if we decide to hit the gnarly stuff.

    And the lokka :D

Not necessarily more tame, but there are more miles of trails with a loottt of greens and blues, where the blues are generally just tighter with more trees. It's still a blast.
