    A true retrofit doesn’t do that, popping HID bulbs in a halogen reflector definitely does.

    If you have certs on one set of tires, but want to run a different tire, can you transfer the certs to the new tires? I remember you saying you were considering going the ST MAXX route to replace the AT3.
