    list is growing fast
Go to 27 threads driver, 24 passenger. That's max lift according to Fox. 2" 3rd gen, 3" 2nd gen.

    With 2.0's or 2.5's?

This is with the extended travel version only. It's good for the 2.5's, unsure of 2.0's.

That's what I figured. Not looking to max out the 2.0's just would rather make as few adjustments as possible once I pull them off the truck.

They usually come w/ 16 exposed threads which equates to 2" lift. Form 0" to 2" lift, 8 turns/threads equals 1" lift. After ~16 turns/threads, it changes & becomes more turns for less lift. IDK what they send the new style set at.

Can anyone help me decipher these Fox 2.5 valving numbers? These are what Fox says my 883-02-23 coilover's came with. I'm trying to understand where this falls on the compression spectrum - stiff, soft or somewhere in between. I've see a chart that relates valve stack disc diameters and thicknesses to #40 type numbers, but there are more compression discs listed here than on the chart. I'm getting the front suspension tamed somewhat when hitting like 1" bumps by dropping tire pressure. I'm in a 1st gen V6 on 315 75 16 E's which I understand can be a stiff tire. Things are smoothing out somewhat at 28 psi. The end goal is a system that has some ability to absorb washboard at around 25 - 30 mph. Thanks!

I have the preload on the front drivers side at 2.25" exposed threads and the front passenger is at 2.125". This got me the 2.5" I needed.

I have the Accutune Fox 2.5s in standard 600lb springs. Weight wise, I'm stock with RCI sliders and aluminum skids. I too was concerned with the 600lb springs but Ryan talked me out of it.... I wouldn't want a stiffer spring rate. The re-valving that Accutune does stiffen them up, or at least mine feels stiff.

...I'm still trying to figure out the DSC adjusters. I cannot quite get it to ride as nice as I would like on the highway. The repetitive dips in concrete slabs and pavement joints will make the truck buck/rock quite a bit... kind of like a seesaw action. It reminds me of my short wheel base Jeep Wrangler that I had. I can't seem to find a setting that will make this go away. I guess until I do, I just make sure to not fill my coffee mug all the way up haha.

I too have the 2.5 accutune front and rear but have not installed them yet as I'm waiting on the RXT springs... but he said his valving should take care of the bucking..?

I have the adjusters front and rear.... I'm hoping it's something that I am doing wrong (although I am running out of combinations to try). It's annoying to drive on concrete paved roads; smooth Asphalt is fine.

BTW I have the RXT leaf pack configured in option 2

I only have adjusters in rear shocks but have the 2.5 there as well..
Anxious to try them out but hoping for better results as that will drive me crazy after spending 5 G's on suspension...!!
I'd call accutune for advice as they might need to change something if they can't help you on the settings..

I did and will probably need to again. They recommended setting the adjusters 3 clicks from open; it had no effect. I understand you on the $ part. I was getting a very mean looks from the wife as she was having to hold down here boobs from bouncing while driving into Denver.

I've had the truck aligned and tires balanced twice now... driveline angles looks good too, so I am a little suspectful of the suspension.

Hey, give us a call if you're not happy with anything. We can review everything and figure out why it isn't riding how you like and get it fixed up for no charge.

When evaluating try to narrow it down to whether it's front or rear and and what size bumps.

    Thanks!
    Ryan

Thanks Ryan, I will give you a call soon. You've been helpful during the entire process, so I'm sure I can get this figured out with your help. This is my first high end suspension, so I have a lot to learn.

Fox says the most the extended travel 2.5's should be adjusted is 1.975". Welcome to the "Fox factory 13" 600lb springs are not sufficient for shit!" club!!! You've gone past their max. recommendations so now ride & extension will suffer.

because its fun to watch suspension work.
fox coilovers and rear 2.5shocks both with dsc.
need to get a revalve soon as i have added way more weight. also need a stiffer spring.

Is your rear tuned by Accutune? I need to setup a camera for my rear setup.

both front and rear were tuned by accutune. however when i gave him my corner weights, my truck was probably 1500lbs lighter lol. so right now my dsc adjusters are full on and i could still use a bit more. but my plan was do go out and do a custom session with him when i finish my class11 bug build so i an have both tuned at the same time.

    heres my truck currently.
    its a portly pig
