    That doesn't include the fitting and molding. That was expensive, and I'm damn glad insurance covered that.

    I'll say this, and I don't want to advise you to needlessly spend your money, but I'd pay out of pocket for everything if I had to. Not having foot pain and related issues is worth every penny.
