I bet. It almost looked like you were rubbing the diff then just toppled in. Then to have us take so long to get back down to ya couldn't have been too fun either. But hey, thats exactly why they say not to go alone.

Oh, and sorry, but have to haze ya a little...

Well, I've been reading some other boards, but I honestly have no clue on difficulty compared to what we did today, or even who to ask.

http://www.wasatchcruisers.org/vbulletinfrm/forumdisplay.php?19-Trail-Reports -Some of their pics look like scenic drives and some look to be on the extreme side. Was actually thinking of seeing if I could tag along on one of their easy rides to see what I think, but missed it by a few days.

These guys seem to be more on the harder stuff, but they do talk about some easier things.

I'm not concerned about traveling a bit though, but I'd prefer to keep it less than a 2-3 hour drive personally.

Thanks, but still have a lot of work to do on it before I'm happy. Some of it is just undoing what the previous owner did, and other things are coming along slowly one item at a time.

I had lots of fun today. Glad to meet you all and hope we can do it some where else next time.

What next? I don't know. I thought about the big "B" at Bountiful. Never tried it and my friend told me it was closed early May because snow was still there. I cannot find where to get off to the dirt road. Need to ask my friend for the direction.... Anybody else know?

About Las Vegas on September, I thought about it but I don't know yet. I don't know what's next at work because two guys quit and short of staffs.

I will be at Las Vegas next month for a week. There will be world deaf expo, people from all over USA and other countries will be there. Yeah I know it will be damn hot next month. I am flying there, and will miss my truck for a week. AAAHH! Been in Vegas about 6 times in my life. Last time I went there back in 2005. And short 2 days last year for my cousin's wedding.

I've read of people running from the B to Farmington, but from looking at Google maps, thats just following Skyline. It looks like just a dirt road to me, but no clue since Skyline is closed during the winter months so it might have some trail like qualities. That route looks like its about 20 miles long though. It might be worth taking a few people through to see if its just a nice drive through the canyons (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but really doesn't require a convoy either), or something a little more fun. Zooming in, there does look like there are some sort of offshoot trails occasionally, but they dont really seem to go anywhere.

    http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Skyline+Dr&daddr=Skyline+Dr+to:Skyline+Dr+to:Skyline+Dr+to:Skyline+Dr+to:40.999917,-111.879165&hl=en&geocode=FYQPcAIdMFhV-Q%3BFeMTcAIdM15V-Q%3BFdsmcAIdBoZV-Q%3BFdBTcAIdcNxV-Q%3BFQCmcAId8PdV-Q%3B&gl=us&mra=dme&mrcr=0&mrsp=5&sz=16&via=1,2,3,4&sll=41.000209,-111.878028&sspn=0.005976,0.013454&ie=UTF8&ll=40.898171,-111.845648&spn=0.005985,0.013454&t=h&z=16

I dont know. The more I look at trails, the more it seems like they're something that the info is passed around by doing it and not really documented, except the name itself.
