Since ESPN discovered that smaller colleges and universities, in the lower tier (FCS), would LOVE extra money to get on TV with a small home crowd. They get paid pretty well, and they get exposure. I hate Tuesday versions - not enough time to prepare. Wednesday MAC-Action started all this, and that is the conference I grew up with in Kalamazoo. So to see, Western Michigan get to play on TV, at night, at a stadium I went to watch, and did sports in as a youngster: QUITE a thrill. The smaller schools get lost on the big weekend. But for their Athletic budgets, these are a good thing. And on Wednesday, there is nothing I watch anyway, so let's get some MAC-Action going next week!

A buddy of mine works in the railroad industry after getting his ME degree and idk exact figures but the man is banking

I ended up dropping it after he spent 1.5 hours “teaching” us about how gay people are inferior people and going to hell and blah blah blah

I tried to just respect the guys opinion and get through the class but that was a bit much... rather than causing a scene I just dropped it and moved on with life

Hey, while I was at the Triple C shop the other day, the guys getting their bumper done on a T4R and I were talking about the forum, and this thread. Something prompted me to say there are a few TTC members from far away - I assume they must have lived here at some point. "Hey, there's even a guy in Winnipeg!" Oh yeah, they say he found the TTC thread on the forum, and was going to visit in Austin, asked for some info, got told about a TTC Cars & Coffee, showed up, and has been on live ever since. Is that a true story? Cause it's a great one!
