I had to drill 10 holes into my roof (first gen probs) and using a Hershey kiss size it's been fine for 3 years

You could call CBI and ask nicely for the side plates.

Or you can find a fab shop with a plasma cutter and a press brake.

I emailed them and was told they only sell the whole setup. I might get one if that's the only way to go.

I have one in Texas. Got one with a cut out for a light so the regular one can go. Let me know.

Has anyone had to use different height feet for their toprack? When I test fit mine to my top the middle support didn’t want to line up, it was higher.

I used washers to space it out

Bought my rack a couple weeks ago and looking to install this week. I've only made it through ~300 hundred pages and search function a bit so pardon me if these have been asked already:

    1) What anti-seize are people using between the hardware and aluminum racks to keep the galvanic corrosion down?

    2) Do you have to wait after applying the hershey kiss amount of silicone to cure with aluminum spacer sitting in it before mounting the rack or is the idea to get the mounting hardware into the truck roof before it cures completely?

    3) Do most people put plasti-dip / vinyl down under the rack before install to ease in cleaning and keep the paint halfway decent...? Or is this unnecessary.

Do you have photos? I used standard 1.5” feet on my toprac for a DCSB with snugtop. I purchased 2 extra feet with the same heigh but shell archs in the middle so I ended up using only 4 mounting feet. If you have a long bed I suspect you will have to use the .5” tall mounting feet.

I just came across this too and looks like my tracks are the same as these. Might have something to do with it.
Don’t know if I’m goin to take the rails off and swap em yet tho. It would definitely help the angle I’ve got. No pics cause I had to abandoned the project until a solution was made.

Gotcha, I have the same tracks too; slightly vented outwards. I took a grinder and tapered a few of the supplied washers. It wasn’t 100% accurate and I eyeballed most of the material I took out but it ended up working so there wasn’t too much of a weird angle from the mounting feet to the tracks.

I’ll mount it up again when I get some time to play with it. I’m not a fan of the washer stack, seems like it may create a weak point
