    Just had it explained to me (by a new chef) that his culinary arts associate degree carries more clout regarding design of kitchen HVAC equipment and installation than my TWO engineering degrees (Mechanical and Industrial)

    Add to that, he's not even a GOOD chef.

    He also seemed to miss the point when I quoted Albert Einstien on his statement about arguing with idiots, as I walked away.
