I've settled on a tire size of 265/75/R16 for my 2018 DCSB OR. Original plan was to mount the tires on the stock OR wheels, but now I'm considering some "cooler" wheels. The ones I'm looking at are 16x8 with a -12 offset. Will having the tires right at or over the edge of the fenders cause a noticeable increase in road debris/water/mud/etc. thrown up onto the truck or into traffic? Are there other things to consider before going with wider stance type wheels?

Refreshing to have a new thread in this topic as the hundreds of others are getting stale.

If you push out you will get more splashing. However that offset/8 is pretty minimal change and not sure what pressure nor tread pattern you are going with, not if you like of dislike splatter.
