    What have I said that was mis information, exactly. I've read 4 articles on KDSS in the last 10 mins and practically typed verbatim what the article said.

    @EddyRRT I got the bumper and winch mounted. Looks good. I ordered some different edge trim (bigger and stronger), but everything else went pretty ok. I'll take some pictures in the morning.

    I’ve lifted two 4Runners both with KDSS and have had zero issues with it. Only difficult part is shoehorning the springs in on the rear axle unless you choose to disconnect the stabilizer bar/sway bar

    You did call it a sway bar disconnect which it isn’t and that it only activated off road. Regardless of what’s printed online and of 4 articles I think you picked the wrong ones.

    The system is pretty well designed, aids in on road driving as well as improve articulation off road. The fact that it’s purely mechanical and has no electronics to control, except to monitor it for issues it means that if, at a later point you choose to remove it, it won’t mess with anything on the 4R and will only display the idiot light.
