i thought the purpose of conceal/carry was to have that protection "close" at hand.......hidden from or locked up in a space somewhere in the back of the car surely limits accessibility when needed quickly.......to have the magazine one place unloaded, and the bullets some place else and the weapon somewhere else is really defeating the reason most people carry. IMHO

with a four digit combination, if you have about 15 min, you can figure out the combination just by using all the different combinations.....only a 1000, but bet you hit the right one before you get 25% through them

I have the lockerdown, and the magnet that they sell. Just use magnetism, no adhesive (but it does come with adhesive on 1 side) or drilling.

What about that lower airbag going off? Set the gun off, or jam it into an unpleasant place.

I uhh...peeled the stickers off. Does that count?
I have these in both my cars.

    http://aliengearholsters.com/cloak-dock-holster-mount.html

Mounts in minutes, anywhere you want it I'm the truck (in the console, under the dash, etc.). Get the OWB holster that fits your gun and you're good to go. The best part, it is a legit OWB paddle holster that you can just pull out of the mounting bracket and wear. I prefer to leave mine in the car as a dedicated "car holster" but that's is because I prefer IWB > OWB.

It's got plenty of room. I can fit my 13" MacBook Pro, iPad, SBR lower, Omega 300 can, DBAL, 30 round mag, and sling/TQ and there is still a little room left over. I plan on adding their locking console box soon.
