Dude lives in a fantasy land if he thinks he can steal a design and sell it without risk of being sued, regardless of whether the company is in business or just closed up shop.

But what is someone wanted one badly enough for their own vehicle they would buy the CAD and have it lasered/CNC bent.(not mass produce or sell)?
