Anyone know the best methods to remove these dents? The only thing I've tried was the hairdryer and plunger trick but no improvements. Thanks!

Tailgate has stretched the metal, it kinda looks like the rear fender has as well, but hard to tell due to light. If the metal is stretched, there is no way to remove the dent completely, you need to knock it out from the back as best you can and use filler. Or replace panel. There is absolutely no shortcut for a perfect finish. Both are too big for paintless dent removal, but a really good paintless dent removal person could make them look better, but not prefect.

There’s a you tube vid where a cute chick used a dildo with a suction on the end to pull out dents on her car.

That’s a plastic bumper. Not sure if the same applies to a metal fender?

Maybe remove the taillight or bed side cubby and push from inside the fender outwards?

I have a friend who does pointless dent repair and he pull a huge dent out of my old Subaru wagon where I have dropped a 75 pound kayal on it. He got to about 98 percent perfect. You may just need to find a PDR guy that's willing to try.

No. Pay a PDR guy to pull the dents.
They can fix that like it never even happened. You try to fix it an I can promise you’ll cause irrepairable damage to the panel.

You are going to have to push the panel out from the inside. Which means you’ll need to drill holes. Hire a PDR guy

Below is what a PDR guy did for me:
