    Money should have been collected when people signed up initially, for all intents and purposes they were practically putting in an order at that point. If the minimum number or shirts wasn't reached then everyone gets their money back.

    The way you went about it, you're having to hunt people down 3 times, once to sign up, then to pay (weeks later), and once more for delivery of goods. There's 120+ members, a very small number of members actually check this thread daily or weekly. Many don't bother to read all the missed posts. A separate thread containing all the info would have been ideal, with just posts on here telling people to go check the thread if interested in a shirt.
