im working on it. but wheels can wait in my opinion. LT and other stuff first

 

I dunno, I kinda always like the stock 01-04 wheels. Better than any other Tacoma wheels.

 

the dealer has some 4runner wheels and tires i can probably get for a decent price..

(the tires are shitty stock bridgestones. but the wheels have like 5 miles on them and the tires too..)

 

are they 16" 4.5 BS?

Yeah, long story, basically I got this truck to keep my out of trouble & have a daily driver that I couldn't spend money on. I knew nothing about offroading back then. I was a street racer.

agreed. I have them on the truck, they just aren't plasticized

i like the wheels. but they look like hell after going through winter because of the texture on them.. i have 2 sets of those wheels and theyre all fucked

 

i got some 2nd gen 16" steelies i need gone if you want em take em. lol wrong back spacing again

 

I'd be scared shitless to go down that hill without a recovery vehicle standing by... hahaha

I'm not fool enough to think my factory locker + 20 sets of recovery boards would get me out of that

 

Why not convert and manual swap??

Oh that part. I agree. I'm not a fan of plastidip for automotive use. I'm also not a black/dark wheels kind of guy. Soooo played out around here. Even every single dealer puts black wheels on trucks & Jeeps. No offense to those that have them, just not for me on my truck. I do like black wheels in certain cases though.
