It's built well but the instructions aren't the best if you are also installing the hitch. The license plate light is just a flexible LED strip.
As you can see from the pics, the license plate flips up to reveal the hidden hitch. I put some cheap Amazon flush mount lights in it (the bumper has the cut outs already) but one of the lights doesn't work, so I'm upgrading them with some CaliRaisedLED pods when I get the second one in.
For the price of this setup I'm happy.
Oh, it has provisions for backup sensors if you have them. The wing on the passenger side looks crooked in one of the pics, but to the eye it looks correct. Just more of my awesome photo skillz!!

Is the hitch in the same location as the stock bumper or actually higher? Gaining some clearance?

It's higher. It's behind the license plate on this bumper which is about 1 inch lower than the stock plate location. So it no longer has the hitch protruding down from the bumper and frees up 2-3" of clearance. I'll try to get a better side shot tomorrow.

That’s a sweet bumper. How much does it retail for normally?

Can you explain the license plate a little more. Getting the impression the cops wouldn't be able to see your plate if you're using the hitch for anything. Am I missing something?

If you have the hitch installed the plate has to be flipped up.

Was normally $700+$250 for the hitch receiver. I got it for several hundred less .

I like the bars on the back. I dont like how low the bars are to make the whole bumper surround the hitch. IMO it looks like a baby with a piss soaked saggy diaper. It's just my opinion.

I understood it as, if you're using the hitch, the plate must be flipped up. Whatever you're towing, should have its own registered plate, since LEO wouldn't be able to see your vehicle plate because of the item being towed obstructing its view.

Two questions: you can't use the OEM hitch? And does the blind spot monitor still work?
