Icon/TC Mid travel, TRD S/C, PNP Greddy EMU, 625cc injectors, 2.2 pulley, Hayden tranny cooler, AEM wideband, TRD boost gauge.
Currently using an EMU and split second combo on a 01 with TRD S/C, 2.2 pulley, 650cc injectors, I need this in my life.

Is there going to be an unlocked version? Don’t really care about the tunes, just want to be able to edit it.

I’d really like to know too. Trying to decide if I should buy the URD AFR calibrator for better closed loop control. But if this pans out it would probably be a better option.

we could definitely add it to i0tech and I have all the rom files, the issue is I do not know which ECUs specifically match these rom files. that part is the guessing game.
If anyone with a 03-04 could post pictures of their ECU that could give us some clues

I will pay fairly substantial money to be able to tune my 01 ECU. Don't care about Auto Transmission. Any way I can support let me know; I can take pictures of the ECU if need be.

I'm not opposed to swapping ECU's.

It wouldn’t work. You’d have to swap out a lot of stuff. The throttle body, gas pedal, transmission, and cruise control are all electronic on the 03-04. You’d also need a new engine harness to run all that.

Throttle body/gas pedal are no issue to swap, nor am I afraid of swapping engine harness out. I have a manual transmission and I'm not opposed to building my own cruise control module if need be.

Well, never mind then. Hopefully these guys can come up with a way to tune these ECUs. Just got to keep this thread alive.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I miss the old days of romulators haha. At least NISTUNE is easy enough. So many old Tacomas and runners wouldn't have the stupid pinging issues and lean problems with boost if we could crack the 95-97 ECU and 98-09/00 ECU
