Looking to buy the headstrong offroad spacer to level the truck out a little bit and tying to get an idea on how it will look with those size tires. I have the smaller tires that came stock on SR now that are worn out snd about to replace

Look for the 265/75R16 tires on stock suspension photos thread. 0.5" is barely noticeable.

At one time I had the toytec 1/4" spacer up front and it looked really good. Gave me about 1/2" of lift.

Things i been reading said comes out to about a inch lift? Hard to find pictures of it but ones ive seen, seem to level truck out pretty good without front being higher. Thanks for the input might end up going with complete lift kit that will be more noticable

I did the 1/4" spacer and then went to a 3/2" ReadyLift installed by my dealer. Very satisfied. Not what the majority on this site would recommend though.

AAL + 1/2" (possibly 3/4") spacer up front (idk b/c it was on the truck when i bought it)

Truck sits nearly level with about 1/2" rake. 60,000 miles on the suspension so im sure its sagging a little bit with the shell on.

I don't know how many miles you have on the truck. Since you have to have the truck aligned after installing the spacers you might want to go ahead and replace the coil overs.

Thanks. If I do any front lift it will be something small. I measure 1.5 inches difference front to back from the top of the tire to wheelwell, but feel if I did a 1.5 inch lift it would appear nose high. The rake isn’t near as prominent showing on this truck as say an F150.

I will add an obvious statement...

As soon as you throw a paperweight in these trucks the rear will sag. "She aint no 2500hd"

When i load my truck up with camping gear, im positive i have some "bro lean" and my rear is lower than my front. I hate it

Just cant afford my suspension until tax season so, gotta deal with it for now.

I hear you there. If anything this truck will just tow the side by side and maybe my youngest’ 50 4 wheeler in the bed. Have an f350 for the serious stuff, but have taken that in to consideration which is why I’m leaning towards leaving it stock and the rake doesn’t look bad on these.
F350 gets a tiny bit of bro lean as well when loaded up.

Bro lean while towing is acceptable lol my old 2500 used to squat with our 27' toy hauler and even more so with the 36' before that.

The taco squatting from some camping gear and an ice chest kills me

Cant wait for my HD dakars

Not a good side shot for rake but does show that it has some bro lean when you throw 400 lbs in it.[IMG]

Keep in mind that the Headstrong 1/2 spacers are a royal pain in the ass to install compared to thicker spacers.

    I like mine though.
