I am wanting ideas for a custom sub box for a 1st generation Tacoma. One that will not take up much back seat space but, will at least hold two 10" subs.

I am thinking a custom box (like a JL Audio stealth box but taller) that will hold two 10" subs and will fit between the jumper seats.

Has anyone ever seen a box build like this?

    Thanks,

    Killer

I put a Kenwood KSC-SW1 under my Pax seat, I lost about an inch of seat travel at full fwd cuz the seat cable hits the box, but this thing rocks my reg cab!

There was a thread on 1st Gen sub placement lately...you might try the 1st Gen section for the thread and the pics.

Yea something like that. i made one that was way simpler and just sat on one side of the truck (Passenger or driver) whichever you dont use as often and it sounded real good. but that looks good to.

I like Justin box also. I wish Justin could make his box twice as high and in a Pac Man configuration to hold 2 subs. Also, I don't have a center console. My 1998 Xtended cab has the split bench seat.

Or a box like the one that CMack is showing but, with the subs hidden better.
