Lol it was bumper to bumper traffic my dumbass...didn’t lower the window. Fix it ticket for tinted windows :censored:

That does bring up a good point though, if I roll 285/70/R16 I wonder if I have to calibrate my Speedometer?

I think the Tire Size Calculator on here will give you the adjusted speed for whatever size of tire you have.

What if you don't want to constantly do the mental math on how fast you are going? Can the truck be re-calibrated to an oversized tire?

I think there is something out there that you can hook up to your ECM to make it show your actual speed. I can't remember who makes it and I can't look it up because I am at work. I just remember someone's build thread mentioning it. He also mentioned that he had to take it off whenever he took it to the dealership.

Installed LED bulbs from Super Brite LEDs and also installed the awesome MesoJDM mirror turn signal lights five minutes flat for each light, I'm very stoked. Here are few pics.

Installed the 2 Gallon Rotopax in bed. Drilled two new holes in the rotopax bed rail bracket and used bed rail T-slot nuts and bolts to secure it.. the rotopax hardware seemed iffy..

I haven’t done any testing myself (I have the same ones as you), but those resistors can get very hot. There are labels and warnings noting to screw or bolt them directly to metal. Zip tying them to plastic/wiring/electrical tape like you have might not be the best solution. I’d relocate them elsewhere. Or make sure you carry a fire extinguisher.

Location varies, but based in Edmonton, Alberta.
    Vehicle:

Tuff Country 3" lift, BFG Baja Champion 285/70/R17, Unknown Nerf Bars, Diamond Back Tonneau, 800W internal cab mounted inverter, VHF radio, We-Boost 4GX, Ram Mount No-Drill Laptop Mount, Zac of All Trades rail mounts (FX and Hi-Lift), Weathertec floor mats, BLACKVUE 590 dash cam, @Calirasiedled Bed Accessory Mount, Sound deadening
Looking to take advantage of a sale and order some @CaliRaisedLed lights to the Taco. I've been impressed with their stuff so far, and am willing to take the plunge and pay the crazy exchange rates to get some good product.

Anyone install, and how complicated? I am working away and don't have all of my shop tools, just the basics. How is the wiring setup? Any recommendations?

Any feedback on distance throw for the slim light lower LED? I have been used to Lightforce spots on the FJ and have them set up for distance, which helps to spot the deer, moose and loose cows in the middle of nowhere.

Anyone install the Toyota dual USB charge port in place of the Qi charger? I dont use the QI, so thinking of switching out.

    Any wisdom is appreciated!

Just got my truck back from OCD Customs. They installed an Icon Stage 4 kit with the tubular UCAs, Method 701s and some Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 285 /70 R17.

There is a little rubbing on the left plastics of the inner fender at 1/4 turn to the left. I will be trimming that tab off on both sides tomorrow. I do still have some room to raise the front but the back is static and I don't want a Cali lean.

P.S. Not worried about the plates showing. 5,000 people already saw it today.

That last photo... Is that the switch for the lights? Where is that, I can't pick out that location in the other pics?

Do you press the switch for on/off, or do the lights go on when you open the hood?
