    It generally feels better the day after because you're not all irritated from them messing around with you. Also going every 2-3 weeks will help keep your feet in good shape. I just went last week but might go again tonight just to be able to relax a little.

    i don't do any of this any longer since i learned to take care of the basics myself. then you can skip all the polishing and stuff. I'm not a fan of that part.

    I like a good pedi from time to time when they get in there and grind the callouses back to a manageable level. Shoes even fit better.
