    Hi, Eurosport-

The vast majority are made in the US with certain sizes made in CA. I'll see if our support team can narrow down what sizes come from where.

    Hi, Armed-

The UltraTerrain AT is an in-stock item for the Discount Tire and America's Tire stores. DTD will offer most sizes by special order only.

I'm not sure why the 70 and 75 series differ in price. There are many variables that are considered with regard to pricing such as acquisition cost, competitive set, and demand - just to name a few.

With regard to tread depth, LT tires primarily have a greater tread (and different compound) due to the vehicle application they are designed for which are HD truck applications.

3in rough country suspension lift. 285/70r17 GY UltraTerrains on 2016 4runner wheels. Also have 2005 DCSB tacoma prerunner. Currently stock, working on 4x4 conversion then will get lift and bigger tires.
Just got my ultraterrains mounted up yesterday and so far I am very impressed. They grip the road, wet and dry like a highway tire, very smooth and so much quieter than my duratracs, I can listen to the radio with volume at 10 on the highway instead of 20 now. Might be a while before I can get get them off road for a good test but I think they will do just fine for anything I need here in PNW. Side tread lugs have good sized voids for off road grip and cleanout.20181006_110808.jpg 20181006_110835.jpg 20181006_110920.jpg

Are these a 2 ply sidewall or a 3 ply similar to the MTR? Or is it size dependent like the Duratrac?

I'm pretty sure they are all 2 ply.

Thank you for your question. The Goodyear UltraTerrain has a 2 ply rated sidewall.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Brand new to Tacoma World. This is is my first Tacoma as well. Just got the new Ultra Terrains installed today, figured I would share since there are not many pictures or info. So far they ride great and look a lot better in person than in pictures. Was going to go KO2 but figured I would try and be a hair different. 265/75R16, Bilsteins up front at .85 setting.

Well I just got them today and have only driven 10 miles so I couldn’t say. However I really didn’t feel any loss in power, and they ride extremely nice over the stock tires. I was torn between these and the KO2’s but since my best friend has a Pro on KO2’s I wanted to change it up. Really enjoying them so far. I will report back once I have more miles on them for you.

Really like what I see, but someone posted that the sidewalls are really thin. I am really curious if this is fact and are we talking about the E rated tire?

Mine are load range E and sidewalls are only 2 ply, the rubber compound is soft too, makes for a smooth ride. sidewalls feel no different than my duratracs did when aired up and i put them threw some punishment without issue. Havent tested them out offroad yet but I have no worry about the sidewalls. After putting a few hundred miles on mine I wouldn't go back.
I actually gained 1 full mpg on my last fill up over my D range duratracs.
Expecting them to do great in the snow.
