I only use it as storage and a sleeping area, so only used water and grey water, no black water. Just emptied the tanks and water heater...and just have power, no water in it.

Self employed.. No questions. I don't think I'll ever be able to work for anyone if i want to provide for myself until I'm on a part time schedule. Only grey area is if you need to provide insurance for a family and can find some place that can afford to provide you with good insurance. The ACA fucks most people royally, not that insurance or healthcare in this country is anything to write home about.

Drain all water tanks, fresh, grey and black
Disconnect water pump, used an air compressor to blow all lines clear. I also cleared the sink drain, P-trap holds a bit of water, so make sure its clear too.
You prolly have bathroon facilities too.
Just get all water out so nothing cracks.
A small amount of water in the fresh tank is ok as long as it doesnt enter the lines.
I left the water pump disconnected and zip tied the supply line up vertical to keep it clear.

I’d say self employed, but is it easy enough to get customers when you have no reputation(as a new biz) ?

Sure it could be hard to get a reputation. But making your own schedule plus making real money vs making some shit wage while your boss gets wealthy for doing nothing...

Set up a website with pictures and descriptions of what you've worked on in the past, will help with the rep points. Skilled labor is quickly diminishing so it's a scarce market.

Yea. I’m not saying he can’t. Just when he says it’s for multimillion dollar homes they cound be more interested in a big name reputation vs a small guy.

It’s all about getting the first few clients and then word can spread

How does your method with blowing out the lines compare to filling all of the lines with RV antifreeze?

The main thing is getting in with the builders. Will probably follow the same business plan as my previous job of doing 90% of business in new construction. I don't want to be like the geek squad only installing tv's and setting up networks.

I don't have to taste the antifreeze in the spring.
    :D
But your rv is much bigger, and prolly has a bit more plumbing.
Follow what the manufacturer recommends is prolly the best bet.
Just remember, if it freezes, it will prolly crack.
