Good evening folks. Had a few small spatters of rain this morning. Nothing of any consequence. The clouds were welcome for sure.

Sounds like my seasonal helpers wife. About 2 weeks before they come down she ends up doing something that ends in bruises and she bruises pretty easy so it looks way worse....black eye, bruised neck, bruised face. Super nice lady, just accident prone before they leave home.

I take whatever the Navy doc prescribes. We ate a lot of too, but it ain't cheap anymore.

Damn Kevin sorry I can't like that. Good luck! Hope she comes apart without breaking anything else and the tubes are OK. Just thinking about it is enough to make ME think about going to get some whisky to make a hot toddy. Or 2.

I like Apple wood smoke with mine. Scored deep sprinkled with some brown sugar.

And some bacon wrapped atomic buffalo turds (ABT's) to go with it.

Jalapeno Peppers stuffed with cream\cheddar cheese and wrapped in bacon. I also use little smokies cheddar cheese sausages in them too.

I realized that later. My brain obviously wasn’t working right.
I think owls are awesome. If you’d like to share some photos (if you get any) that would be awesome. :)

Just wandered in.... we got our owl! About 0230 it landed where we had our catch net. Prior to catch we couldnt use anything that would spook it. ( ie no camera ) After we caught it, nothing that would agitate it. ( ie no camera )

It does have a broken talon. It will be evaluated once at the rehab center. Hopefully the injury can be healed or repaired and "00181013" cann be released back into it's natural environment in short order.

They are given numbers instead of names to minimize bonding with the human who will care for it. We dont want to make it a pet. Human contact is minimized so as to minimize human imprinting....

Good morning friends. Showers this morning (again). I've had my patio and sidewalks torn up for a few weeks now waiting for the mason to finish the job. Earlier this week, they were prepping the front sidewalk: here's the basics of the story... It involves the mason, a mini excavator, and the wire to the pole light.

The dog is all confused. She normally goes out the back where the patio is but that's been all torn up since Sept. So she's been going out the front until last week when that sidewalk was removed. Now she's going out the garage. Dog doesn't know what door to go to!

Halleljuyer the day has finally come I get to go home! 10 days with mom then MIL has felt like 30. Can’t wait to be in my own home, my own bed, see my cats, and especially see the husband.

It will be a long travel day but so worth it to just be home.

    Enjoy your Saturday!

    Good Morning

Chilly out, frost on ground. Had to break ice on dogs water bowl and pail.
Didn't go out hunting, good thing, the sky carp ( goose) hunters are out. Sounds like a war zone when they shoot.

I did ask stepson about getting autographed Metallica stuff. He laughed. :rockband:

    Well I smell bacon. :hungry::hungry:
