Not enough to have a build thread.
From what I'm seeing, looks like 72 nm or 53 ft/lb assuming my assumptions about that diagram are correct. Whenever I do transmissions I have a long transmission extension that I put on. Then run down the bolts with my 3/8 impact. Havent had an issue yet. Did the same when I did my clutch on my 1st gen

I've been reconsidering snorkels and have been trying to decide which one to go with when the time comes.

For those with 2nd gens that have one, which one and is there anything positive or negative you've noticed?

The negative for me is the constant “submarine” comments. The positive is the less frequent air filter replacement. It also forces me to give up on the oil impregnated air filters. Best damn decision ever when it comes to air filters. Ow I use a factory air filter and have a much lower service frequency.

Haynes guide has the same numbers if I’m looking at the right ones.

Ok guys, I need to find some ideas on what to do for a bumper for my kids 99 Subaru outback. His new boss just gave it to him.kid decided to start towing, guess he didn't learn anything from watching me do it. But that's a different thing. Any forums to point the kid to?

Carparts.com was the cheapest I’ve been able to find things like bumper covers or random stock parts, but I haven’t actually ordered from them yet. Price with shipping even on big parts seems reasonable.

Hard to tell from your pic, but it looks like airflow. Is that right?

Yup looks like 72Nm, thanks gents.

I try to stay away from those, I end up feeling pressured to buy stuff I dont need because its on a GB.

If I didn't you'd find me under the overpass offering z jobs for a discounted price, even more of a discount if you could get a group buy going .

Yes. Doesn’t have quite the visual appeal of the ARB. ARB has a longer fender body to it. This helps draw out the shape of it and adds to the visual appeal. However, the airflow is slightly larger in diameter on the intake inlet, which can help if you want more volume(ie, supercharger or higher elevation). Pros and cons. I was in the Mahalo Taco debacle and am happy I finally got it. I wasn’t sure if I was gonna be out the money. Not a difficult install as some may lead you to believe.

    Tl;DR totally worth it.

See, I actually preffer the look of the airflow(except the hood of course), the safari looms like an obsene flexing bicep. Hmm this gives me an idea
