Automatic day time running lights though, those aren't the full headlights. My truck has a sensor to turn on full headlights and is adjustable to the amount of light outside. DRL are always on too.

Hot dip galvanize the frame so it will NEVER rust. Not very expensive to do

I saw that was a option as well. But putting tape over it fully, then pulling down, I had both sides changed in probably 2-3 minutes.

After reading this thread, nobody will have a Tacoma anymore if your ideas were implemented. You would have one of the two trucks below, depending on choices:

Why do you gotta cut wires? Mine didn't come with trailer wiring but I got a harness that plugs into tail lights, and requires no cutting of truck wires.

I briefly thought about a Ridgeline because it comes with nearly everything that our Civic has, but the fact that it is only available in a double cab is why I didn't choose it.

If every person in the vehicle can't double fist drinks in each hand, then why have the truck in the first place?!

My kids car seats have 2 cup holders each, so I guess I'm sitting at 15 right now. Maybe I can snag some of those AutoZone clip on cup holders to get me to a comfortable number

I uhh...peeled the stickers off. Does that count?
I wish the tailgate lock was able to be locked/unlocked via the buttons on the key fob or touching the door handle instead of the valet key. Also, 1-touch lock/unlock on the passenger side.

Love the taco..its everything I expect a newer toyota offroad to have.

An actual premium sound system( Bose, B&O, HK, ..anything) would have been icing on the cake in the manual trans. I'd expect that by now in the Limited..no, not JBL.

For my 2017 TRD sport i have a few complaints.

    1) Seat Options. I do not understand who made the descision not to offer 6 way power seats in a new Tacoma in this day and age. Its not like i bought a base package truck.. i bought one of the highest versions of the sport with all the bells and whistles,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but no power seats. More seat material options. The cloth is nice but i would have went with leather or PVC without hesitation. considering how much i spent on the truck no power seats as an option is a dumbass decision. Even my old P.O.S Ford Escape had them.

    2) the stupid decision to put the handle sensor to unlock the doors only on the drivers side and no power tailgate locking option. Both of these should be mandatory on the truck. At least the sensor handle on the passenger side to unlock the doors , but power locking tailgate would have been perfect as an option and an easy sell for them.

    3) Make the roof about 1.5 inches higher for us tall guys. I know the trucks are designed by a Japanese parent company but North American men are on average slightly taller then the average Asian male.. lets account for that in the design.

    4) for us that spent a lot of time on highways and in snow belt areas.. auto 4x4 would be nice.. that way hit a patch of slippery snow and BOOM 4x4 comes on if necessary and hit dry pavement and it turns off.

HID headlamps as an option, they have been around since the damn 90s. Yet Toyota in their infinite wisdom doesn't want to offer it on a Truck that can cost up to the high 40s, makes no sense.
