I started a new program. I really liked how train heroic worked so after some searching I started up jacked street from power athlete.

Also started my first real nutrition program form hybrid nutrition. Originally was on their PL program too but switched to the one above.

I’m 5 months into hybrid’s programming. Considering their nutrition as well. Im interested to hear how you like it.

Do they give you daily macros and adjust based on your weekly check in?

It’s not bad. I feel like having the 1:1 coach leads to having some accountability. For the cost I think it’s a bit much.

You upload photos and answer some questions each week. Then in return they’ll give you set protein/carbs/fat/fiber to hit.

Then every day you enter your weight and macros you hit. I’m assuming the coach reads that and factors in to the macros.

It’s helpful, I’ll say that. Could be a bit less a month though.

I’m going to drop the programming after my 3 months is up. Their site and app suuuuucks.

The training program is 30ish w month and you can switch between all of the programs they have at no extra cost.

The nutrition is 120 a month.

    Both have 90 commitments.

Thanks. I used to roughly track macros before, but three weeks in I’m already seeing a bit of a difference. So that’s good.

Fuck that's expensive to pay for nutrition and workouts you can piece together yourself off of a little bit of research.

I know. The workouts I’m okay paying because that’s not much. Even though I’m sure I can do that myself. The nutrition is a bit much I won’t lie.

See thats were I get hung up on hiring a nutrition coach... I know what to do and what not to do nutrition wise to reach my goals... I just don’t do it lol.
I mostly need to pay someone to follow me around all day and yell at me. Haha

Normally I’m ver disciplined but this year has been my worst year for getting my shit together.

Have you tried looking into Jeremy Ethier's program? He also does nutrition and and programming, and I really like his videos. I know he only has them open a few weeks at a time but I feel like the stuff he puts out is very honest.

Did you join a Juggalo gym? Is the parking lot filled with Pontiac Sunfires and Chevy Cavaliers? Do they have Faygo dispensers?

    I’ll check it out.

Right now I’m doing jacked street by the guy that did CrossFit football. And of course hybrid nutrition.

    Haha!
I’m not sure what part of town I moved to but I’m a little concerned about my property value after going to this gym.

I’ll be on a fishing trip for about a week and won’t be going to the gym. I’m already fat. A week of eating like shit, very little sleep, and no gym...I’m gonna hit 180 by the time I’m back
